• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded

If crick x's algorithm detects a suspicious betting pattern, payment for the relevant bet may be placed on hold pending verification. If no issues are found during the review, payment will be released within the designated timeframe.

Crick x supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours
• The mobile number used for withdrawals must match the name registered on the account
• We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals
• Crick x does not charge any payment fees, though charges from your mobile banking provider may apply

If a deposit does not go through successfully, please notify our support team within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

• Using hacking tools, malware, or any other malicious software
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial crime

Crick x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms violation
• Providing false information
• If KYC verification fails or documents are not submitted
• In the event of prolonged account inactivity (over 365 days)
• Upon court order or at the request of a regulatory authority

Users may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned in accordance with our policy. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
